Attention Landlords

Is Your Property Community Title?

Are you paying community fees?  Don’t have time to attend meetings? We can attend for you.  Too many community meetings are not productive because owners are too busy, times aren’t suitable, owners don’t understand the process.

  • Meetings usually deal with the housekeeping such as common area presentation, landscaping of common areas, issues with car parking, signage, lighting, rubbish areas, gutter cleaning and insurance approvals.
  • If there is not a quorum, then the meeting is cancelled and you are charged for another meeting.
  • If no one attends the next meeting, there is no resolution or planning for the following year.  We can have an authorized proxy letter to attend on your behalf.
  • Other matters may be raised and we can act on your behalf for the benefit of your investment.
Of course, you are consulted and asked for consent to any resolutions.  Let us know and we will be happy to attend and we understand the process.

Kerb Appeal

Curb Appeal

First impressions are lasting impressions. When a prospective buyer or tenant first drives up to your house they make their instant decision of whether the property has the potential to be their next home. Kerb appeal is the best way to get a positive reaction from a prospective buyer or tenant. Coming up to the spring season is a great time to plan a new garden or a simple upgrade with bark or hardy planting. We can provide cost effective ideas for your property.
