I would like to thank all the team at Realize Properties for all their advice and assistance in selling my home at 4 Romsey Court, Salisbury North.

Before it went on the market, in fact, before I even agreed to sell with them, they took the time to ask me what I was wanting to do and what I was wanting to achieve, they asked about what my next step was and then put a plan together so I got there. It wasn't just about selling the house it was making sure I got to where I wanted to go in life.

They gave me advice on finishing the renovation, idea's on how I could achieve a better result, along with other small jobs that should be done to the house to add value, they even sorted out getting my shed painted for me along with other jobs that i just didn't have the time to do! They went over and above what I expected from my real estate agent.

They were professional throughout, achieved a great price, more than what i was expecting and all with minimal marketing costs. I liked their policy that when they advertise it's my property they are advertising and not themselves.

I had not sold a property before and it was really great having a team with so much experience to answer my questions and make the process easy and enjoyable.

I would recommend them to anybody for great personal service, great results and a great selling experience.

As you know Realize Properties, through your member Tony Panetta, recently acted as the agent in the sale of our property in Mawson lakes, South Australia. This letter is to record our very high level of satisfaction with the outstanding service provided be Realize Properties, and by Tony Panetta in particular. We would certainly be happy to use his services again, and to recommend him to others.
Tony provided excellent advice in the preparation of the property for sale. Once the property was open for inspection and sale, he responded to the comments of potential purchasers and went out of his way to personally assist with a number of small maintenance tasks that arose. This assistance continued right through to the point of settlement. One small condition of the settlement was the replacement of the facia of the kitchen range extraction system, and Tony was kind enough to personally assist us in doing this work. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attribute that located the eventual purchaser through conversations with neighbours of the property. We were delighted with his service.

Many thanks to you and Realize Properties for selling my property at 24 Grevillia Drive. It was confused for me to make a selection among so many real estate agents. The commission asked by Realize Properties was not the highest or the lowest. I go with them because: they speak my language, the marketing fees they charged were cost effective, and they promised me to get the result I wanted. Without risk, I was glad to make them become my sales agent.

Before marketing, I was given suggestions to improve the presentation of the property. (eg. painting the garage door), and I believe this help sell the property too. Through the whole process, William reported to me every week. Soon in a few weeks on the market, it’s under contract, and I’ve got the price I wanted. They’ve provide me quality service with high effectiveness.

I believe that everyone who wants to buy, sell, invest real estate should go to talk with them. They will give you valuable information and advices.
