I have enjoyed Property Management for almost 10 years and enjoy the day to day challenges the job provides. I treat my owner’s Investment/s like my own & always place my Landlords Legal situation first.
My job is not just about rent collection & routine inspections but also communication with my owners and giving them the best advice for the best outcome.
Being a landlord myself I understand the emotions that first-time investors feel.
I take pride in my work & take my responsibilities very seriously. I have built great professional relationships with my owners & they are extremely comfortable with allowing me to look after their Investment/s.
On behalf of my interstate owners I have completed many mini renovations on their properties.
I have 16 years’ experience in Building & Hardware, and from this experience i am able to communicate well with various tradespeople. This make's me a uniquely experienced Property Manager. I've worked as a Kitchen Selections Consultant, designing kitchens and I've been very hands on with building 2 family homes myself over the years.
I treat tenants with the respect that they deserve, after all they are looking after my owners investment.
I have vast experience with dealing with Insurance claims, Tribunal hearings, Bond disputes, Strata rules & have great knowledge in the Residential Tenancy Act in SA.
