We had an outstanding experience in renting a property through Carol Case, Senior Property Manager at Realize Properties. We attended an open inspection on Thursday and found Carol actively moving through the property and taking steps to make sure it looked at its best (giving the garden a drink etc.). She was knowledge and happy to answer our questions. We put in the application that evening, and heard back from her within 24 hours. I wanted to highlight that because it was just before the start of the long weekend, and we appreciated that she let us know so that we had the good news early, instead of wondering. On the Tuesday after the long weekend we received the lease and we are scheduled to pick up the keys on Wednesday. At every step of the way, we found Carol to be professional, welcoming and VERY good at what she does. We recommend Carol and her colleagues to you without qualification.

I let Realize manage my property when I moved interstate 4 years back. They have been taking good care of it since day 1. The regular inspection reports show very clear how good/bad of the property that the tenant live in. Carol is really responsive and proactive to keep me posted of all the request from tenants.
